Welcome to our beach home!
We hope you enjoy spending time here as much as we do! Our goal is for you to feel right at home, relax, and experience everything that makes this beautiful stretch of 30A so special.
Our home is in Cassine Gardens, a charming beachside community directly across the street from the One Seagrove Beach public access. One of the things we love most about this location is how easy it is to get to the beach — no need to drive, find parking, or even hop on a bike. You're just a 3–4 minute walk from having your toes in the sand!
Beyond the beach, you'll find plenty of wonderful local restaurants, coffee shops and shopping within walking distance. We've included many of our favorite nearby spots here on our site to help you make the most of your stay.
Whether your perfect vacation means relaxing on the beach, exploring the local shops, enjoying great food, riding bikes along 30A, or simply spending quality time with family and friends, you'll find it all just minutes from our doorstep. The House
Bright, breezy and completely renewed
This fully updated, single-level Seagrove Beach home is a polished, luxurious take on the classic 30A beach retreat. An airy eggshell-white interior, high ceilings, brand-new modern coastal furnishings and carefully coordinated finishes give it the comfort of an executive suite with the easy, barefoot feel of a beach house.
The open-concept kitchen, dining and living areas are made for gathering — cook together, linger at the long farmhouse table, then drift out to the screened porch for morning coffee or a quiet evening after the beach. Both bathrooms have been fully renovated, and there are no interior stairs anywhere in the house.
The home sits in Cassine Gardens, a charming beachside community directly across the street from the One Seagrove public beach access. Follow the white-picket-fence path beside the house and you'll have your toes in the sand in 3–4 minutes — no driving, no parking, no bikes required. Two neighborhood pools, tennis and basketball courts, and a walking trail to Eastern Lake are all a short stroll away, with restaurants, coffee and shopping within walking distance.

Getting around
Everything's a short walk

To the beach
Exit the front door and take the pathway along the side of the home (lined with a white picket fence). Follow it to the back, where it opens to a common area and driveway leading to the street. Cross the street and you're a short walk from the Seagrove Beach public access.

To the pools
Cassine Gardens has two neighborhood pools. One is right along the beach route: follow the side path toward the street, but make a right instead of walking straight through. For our favorite pool — next to the tennis and basketball courts — exit the front door, head right down the street and take your first left.

Walking trail to Eastern Lake
The trail entrance is just before the neighborhood pool and tennis courts. Campground #1 is about 0.6 miles in; Campground #2 is just over a mile and has better access to the lake. Lovely for a morning stroll, fishing or a longer scenic walk.
