Yes — Cassine Gardens has two neighborhood pools. Our favorite is next to the tennis and basketball courts: exit the front door, head right down the street and take your first left. Please follow posted pool rules and hours.

Yes — but ask for delivery to the front door, not the mailbox. The mailbox is locked and guests can't access it. Add “Please deliver directly to the front door — do not leave at mailbox” to your delivery instructions.

Yes — tennis courts and a basketball court are next to our favorite neighborhood pool, a few minutes' walk from the house.

Check-in is after 4:00 PM and checkout is before 10:00 AM. You'll get your keyless door code before arrival.

Up to 12 guests: king in the primary, queen in the guest room, and two full-over-full bunks (four full beds) in the bunk room.

The house is single-level with no interior stairs. There is a small step at the front entry.

Publix at WaterColor Crossings is about 2.5 miles away. Seagrove Village Market is closer for quick essentials.
